   邵敏,北京大学环境科学与工程学院教授,副院长。于1988年、1991年和1994年在北京大学获学士、硕士和博士学位。1996年和2002年晋升为副教授和教授。1997年4月-1998年9月在德国于里希研究中心任访问学者,2004年4-9月在美国国家大气海洋署(NOAA)高层大气实验室任客座科学家。2011年获国家杰出青年科学基金,担任十二五国家863计划环境监测主题专家。
目前担任联合国环境署(UNEP)臭氧损耗环境影响评估科学委员会(EEAP)委员、共同主席,Inter. J. Environmental  Anlytical Chemistry编委和3个国内核心期刊的编委,是十一五国家863重大项目“重点城市群大气复合污染控制技术集成与综合示范”的总体专家组成员。主要从事区域大气复合污染现场机制与防治技术方面的研究,近5年承担国家863、973国家自然科学基金等项目近20项,在大气有机物研究方面发表论文150余篇, 2008年获国家环境保护部科学技术进步一等奖(排名第2), 2010年获国家科技进步奖二等奖(排名第4) 和国家环境保护部科学技术进步一等奖(排名第4)。

研究领域:

重点研究方向是大气痕量组分测量和污染源研究。

在大气痕量组分测量方面,主要包括:

(1)大气挥发性有机物(VOCs和OVOCs)的分析技术;

(2)大气中颗粒有机物(POM)的分析技术;

(3)大气化学的区域背景观测。

在污染源的研究方面,主要的工作是:

(1)    (1)大气VOCs天然源排放的机理和估算方法;

(2)    (2)大气有机物的源成分谱测量;

(3)    (3)大气有机物的来源解析;

(4)   (4) 污染源清单及其验证

目前的作主要集中在大气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)分析技术和温室气体来源,以及区域大气污染研究。
