研究领域

1、有毒有害污染物的微生物处理技术研究

研究高效环境微生物的分离与育种、有毒有害污染物的生物降解特性、污染物净化微生物反应器等。正在从事的课题如下:

1)挥发性有机物(VOCs)及恶臭气体的生物过滤技术研究

2)VOC高效降解菌分离与应用

3)苯胺高效降解菌的分离与菌剂制备技术研究

4)剩余污泥的嗜热菌溶化及资源化技术

2、环境微生物群落结构与功能的解析及优化调控技术

开发、利用分子生物学手段定量解析微生物的群落结构和功能,为优化生物反应器操作提供依据。正在从事的课题如下:

1)微生物醌指纹法的开发与应用

2)高效微生物的荧光标识技术研究与应用

3)微生物助剂(活性增强剂)的开发与应用

4)POPs污染环境的微生物群落结构及代谢多样性研究(为生态风险评价提供依据)

3、水质净化生态工程技术研究

开发以水生(湿生)植物为主体的水质净化系统和有害微生物控制技术,如:湿地技术、氮磷的植物转化与资源回收技术、植物化感抑藻技术。正在从事的课题如下:

1)人工湿地水质净化系统研究

小规模生活污水、硝酸氮污染水体、病原微生物、微量持久性污染物的去除等

2)河流水质净化与生态恢复技术研究

3)以再生水为水源的人工水体(湖泊)水质净化生态系统研究

4)有害藻类的植物化感抑制技术研究

4、再生水水质安全评价与保障技术研究

建立水质安全的生物监测方法,研究,开发污水安全消毒技术、污水消毒的生物毒性生成规律与控制等。正在从事的课题如下:

1)再生水水质安全标准指标体系研究

2)污水消毒的生态风险评价

3)污水消毒副产物的生成规律及其环境行为研究

4)水中有害微生物的控制技术研究

5)污水安全消毒技术与工艺研究

研究概况

胡洪营教授长期从事环境微生物学与环境生物技术、污水生物/生态处理技术、再生水水质安全评价与保障技术、污染水体水质净化与生态恢复技术等方向的研究,至今共发表论著近250余篇(其中SCI论文近60篇)。
